Aware of Spring/Summer 10’s strong influences of pretty lace and neat utility, Claire has chosen a sophisticated, well cut, classically structured jacket to complement the collection’s super feminine camisoles and dazzling corsets.
Claire Speaks at the Baltic as Part of Global Entrepreneurship Week
The Baltic is host to a special event to celebrate Global Entrepreneurship week. Enterprise UK has invited some of the North East's most successful entrepreneurs to inspire up and coming businesses to make the exciting leap into international markets.
Soon after beginning her knitwear label Claire established agents in London, Paris and New York. Thirty years later Claire International remains a visionary business with a shop, image consultancy and e-commerce site, www.claireid.com, that epitomises everything she stands for.
Speaking at the prestigious Baltic Centre for Contemporary Arts in Newcastle, Claire has also provided a short film of "a day in the life of Claire" and we've had great fun putting that together this week!

Huge success at the North East Ladies' Day!
The new Autumn/Winter 'Flirting with Decadence' collection was introduced with a stylish fashion show held at the hugely successful North East Ladies’ Day (NELD). Claire was asked to contribute her expertise to the fashion element of the annual NELD event which is organised to raise money for local charities.
